At Canada Wigs, we want you to feel confident in your look; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your eligible hairpiece within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original factory condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original hairnet and box, ensuring all labels are attached and the item is free of scents, styling products, or brush damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Canada Wigs

  Affix your shipping label and return the package via a tracked postal service to our processing center in Ontario.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
