To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head starting at the front hairline, behind the ear, around the nape of the neck, and back to the starting point. Most of our wigs are 'Average' size, but we also offer 'Petite' and 'Large' options with adjustable straps for a secure fit.
What is the difference between synthetic and human hair wigs?
Synthetic wigs are pre-styled and require minimal maintenance, while human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel, allowing you to use heat styling tools. Human hair requires more care and styling effort, similar to your own natural hair.
How long does shipping take within Canada?
We offer fast shipping across Canada. Standard orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your province. Express shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their hairpieces sooner.
Can I return or exchange my wig?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on wigs that are in their original, unaltered condition with tags attached and original packaging intact. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
How should I wash and store my wig?
We recommend using specialized wig shampoos and conditioners. Wash your wig every 6-8 wears. When not in use, store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to help maintain its shape and prevent tangling.
Are your packages shipped discreetly?
Yes, we value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging that does not explicitly mention 'Wigs' or hair loss products on the exterior label.
